RecentlyI started watching the News again. I stopped, almost completely, years ago. But I started watching the 10pm News every night. I am so glad I realized that it was not helping, me or anyone else! I have to go to bed at a reasonable hour, so what is the point of filling my mind with the world's woes just before I really need to relax? So I started to watch the 7pm news instead, so there is time to destress afterwards. Time to breathe in and out slowly, letting a cleansing, healing peace flow through my being.
The world can be a crazy, frantic place. Staying calm and well in the midst of it all is quite a feat! De-stress, unscramble your brain and soothe your mind...

Too much of a good thing.
