A chance for de-stressing, planning and a breathing space. With everything changing so fast around us no wonder we start to feel deskilled and out of sorts.
So take a deep breath, relax, and let the knots in your mind and body unravel. Focus on something positive, maybe just really enjoying a square of excellent chocolate. A little gentle mental reprogramming at the beginning and end of the day can work magic. Remember to say thank you to someone at least once today.
